Pursuant to KRS 120.175 and KRS 120.075, Randy Waters has brought this appeal from a decision of the McCreary Circuit Court in an election contest. The circuit court determined that votes cast using only the first name "Gus" should be counted for the appellee Gus Skinner. It had been stipulated that there were 57 such votes.
