¶ 1 Darwin Brame and other Western State Hospital employees (Employees) appeal the trial court's dismissal of their personal injury claims against the Hospital, arguing that the trial court erred in finding that the Hospital did not deliberately intend to injure them. The Employees cannot show that the Hospital knew the certainty of each assault; and, even if the Employees could show that the Hospital knew the certainty of each assault, they cannot...
