¶ 1 Carol Seiber appeals a summary judgment order dismissing her negligence claim against retailer, Poulsbo Marine Center (PMC), and its landlord, John Xenos. Seiber was standing outside PMC's store, looking at merchandise displayed on the wooden walkway, when she fell down several stairs and suffered injuries.
