Richard D. Page appeals from his conviction for burglary and theft by taking. Following the denial of his motion for a new trial, he contends that trial counsel was ineffective in failing to object to the introduction of character evidence, that the trial court erred in its jury instruction on identification, and that the trial court erred in sentencing.
