Safety & Compliance Management, Inc. ("S & C") commenced this action against Angela Burgess for her alleged breach of a noncompetition agreement.1 The trial court subsequently denied partial summary judgment to Burgess and granted partial summary judgment to S & C on the issue of whether the agreement was legally enforceable.
