¶ 1 Joel McCormick appeals the trial court's grant of summary judgment dismissing his claims. In 1992, McCormick, Robert Dunn, and John Black formed a corporation. Each made a $5,000 cash contribution to the corporation that was repaid to them in 1994. Each of the parties received 100 shares of stock. Following McCormick's employment termination, he sought to have his shares redeemed. McCormick sued claiming that the corporation was actually a partnership...
