This appeal stems from Troy Curtis Christensen's motion to suppress transcripts of recorded telephone calls he made from jail while awaiting trial. The circuit court denied Christensen's motion, holding that Christensen had no expectation of privacy regarding the phone conversations and by his conduct waived any statutory or constitutional protections that may have applied.
