Christian Bjorgaard (appellant) appeals his conviction for attempted sexual assault. Via four issues, he contends that 1) the trial court erred in allowing the State to present evidence, during the guilt phase of the trial, of a prior conviction, 2) the trial court erred in overruling his request to dismiss a member of the jury during trial after the juror disclosed that he was acquainted with the victim's father...
