{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, Barbara Hansford, appeals from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas granting summary judgment in favor of defendants-appellees, Ohio Public Employees Retirement System ("OPERS") and Public Employees Retirement Board.
