After a bench trial, Stanley Leroy Thomas was convicted of possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of hydrocodone, and possession of alprazolam. On appeal, Thomas argues that the trial court erred when it denied his motion to suppress because the state's justification for its warrantless search of his home was based on hearsay evidence. We affirm.
