On August 12, 2004, an Immigration Judge ("IJ") found Martinez removable for having been convicted of a crime involving moral turpitude. The IJ also found that Martinez was ineligible for cancellation of removal because he had been convicted of an aggravated felony. Martinez appealed to the Board of Immigration Appeals ("BIA"), which, under 8 C.F.R. § 1003.1(e)(4) affirmed, without opinion, the IJ's decision. Martinez now seeks review of the IJ's...
