Aerotel, Ltd., Aerotel U.S.A., Inc., and Aerotel U.S.A., LLC ("Aerotel") bring this action against IDT Corp. and affiliates for the infringement of U.S. Patent No. 4,706,275 ("the '275 patent"). Currently outstanding are two motions to dismiss the complaint pursuant to Rule 12(b)(1) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, one motion to dismiss the domestic plaintiffs pursuant to Rule 12(b)(1)...
