We took this case en banc to consider whether the government presented sufficient evidence at Cuellar's trial to support his conviction of international money laundering under 18 U.S.C. § 1956(a)(2)(B)(i). For the reasons that follow, we conclude that the evidence was sufficient to prove all elements of the offense.
