Appellant, Duke Thomas Nguyen, was charged by indictment with the felony offense of making a false statement to obtain credit. The indictment included two final convictions for felony theft, included for purposes of enhancement of appellant's punishment. Appellant pleaded guilty to the charge in the indictment and true to each enhancement allegation. A presentence investigation report was prepared and a punishment hearing...
