Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant contends that reversible error took place due to comments made by the prosecutor during cross-examination and summation. While we agree that some of the prosecutor's comments were improper, they constituted harmless error (see People v Crimmins, 36 N.Y.2d 230 [1975]).
