("Hyden") petition this court for a writ of prohibition alleging that because more than ninety days had passed since entry of judgment, and because there was no evidence of misrepresentation by Hyden in moving for dismissal, the circuit court was without jurisdiction to vacate the judgment of dismissal under Ark.
