The appellant, John Wayne Duffey, Jr., was found guilty of two counts of aggravated robbery. He was sentenced to 99 years on count one and 50 years on count two. In two issues, Duffey complains that the court erred by: (1) vitiating his presumption of innocence by emphasizing guilt as one of the reasons a defendant might not testify; and (2) restricting voir dire examination by disallowing Duffey's question on how jurors felt...
