Opinion By Justice WHITTINGTON.

Rushmore Investment Advisors, Inc., appeals the trial court's order granting Melody Frey's special appearance and dismissing Rushmore's claims against Frey. In six issues, Rushmore complains the trial judge erred in granting Frey's special appearance because the facts support both general and specific jurisdiction, the trial court's assertion of jurisdiction over Frey would not offend traditional notions of fair play...
