Following a stipulated bench trial, Jason Travis Harrelson appeals his convictions of vehicular homicide, driving without insurance, and driving while license suspended or revoked. He contends the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress the results of the chemical test of his blood because police failed to read him the statutorily mandated implied consent warnings.
