BILL VANCE, Justice.

Bradford Demon Carr appeals his conviction for aggravated robbery, for which he was sentenced to 60 years in prison. See TEX. PEN.CODE ANN. § 29.03(a) (Vernon 2003). We will find that the trial judge improperly instructed the jury panel concerning Carr's right to remain silent but determine that the error was harmless.
