OPINION

Opinion by Justice CARTER.

Angela Dawn Waldrop was convicted of two counts of fabricating evidence and sentenced to ten years' confinement for each offense, the sentences running concurrently. See TEX. PENAL. CODE ANN. § 37.09(a)(2) (Vernon 2003). In this case, she appeals her conviction related to the Bonham Police Department's (BPD) investigation of allegations that her former husband sexually abused her daughters.
