Appellant, Ricky L. Gandy, was charged by indictment with illegal dumping.1 The indictment also contained an enhancement paragraph alleging a previous conviction for illegal dumping. The cause proceeded to trial before a jury. After considering the evidence presented, the jury found the appellant guilty of the offense charged.
