Charles Brandt appeals the circuit court's award of grandparent visitation with his son M.B. to Marsha Willhite, the boy's maternal grandmother. Brandt argues that Willhite failed to rebut the statutory presumption that his decision to deny her visitation was in M.B.'s best interest. We agree and reverse the circuit court's decision.
