OPINION AND ORDER

PÉREZ-GIMÉNEZ, District Judge.

Plaintiff, the prevailing party in the instant civil action, filed a petition for attorney's fees (Docket No. 111). Defendant failed to oppose Plaintiff's motion. After carefully reviewing Plaintiffs unopposed request, as well as the applicable law, for the reasons set herein, this Court GRANTS Plaintiffs motion, but reduces the amount requested.
