This is a review of an unpublished decision of the court of appeals,1 reversing an order of the Milwaukee County Circuit Court, Judge Clare L. Fiorenza presiding, which affirmed a decision of the Administrator of the Division of Hearings and Appeals (the Division) holding that the Division had jurisdiction to revoke both Kevin Thomas' parole and extended supervision at the same time.
