OPINION

DIXON W. HOLMAN, Justice.

On the court's own motion, we withdraw the opinion and judgment dated August 31, 2007 and substitute the following.

In two issues, appellant Gamal Abdel-Hafiz appeals the trial court's orders granting summary judgment in favor of appellee ABC1 and dismissing appellees Robert Wright and John Vincent for want of jurisdiction. We affirm.
