Rahul K. Nath sued Johns Hopkins University (JHU) and Allen J. Belzberg, claiming defamation and tortious interference. Both JHU and Belzberg specially appeared. The trial court granted the special appearance of Belzberg, dismissing him from the suit, but denied the special appearance of JHU. JHU appeals the denial of its special appearance, and Nath appeals the granting of Belzberg's. Because the evidence is sufficient...
