An administrative law judge (ALJ) found that Dynasteel Corporation engaged in a number of unfair labor practices in violation of the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA). 29 U.S.C. §§ 151-69. The unfair practices arose out of Dynasteel's discrimination against employees and prospective employees affiliated with labor unions.
