KITE, Justice.

[¶ 1] Bryan Keith Glover was convicted by a jury of misdemeanor battery. In addition to sentencing him to a period of incarceration, the district court ordered Mr. Glover to pay restitution to the victim and reimburse the State of Wyoming for his court-appointed counsel fees. In his appeal to this Court, Mr. Glover claims the district court erred in ordering him to make those payments. We find no error...
