J.F. Valley appeals from an order of the circuit court denying his motion to set aside a default judgment entered against him. Valley claims that the default judgment was void because he was not served in compliance with the Arkansas Rules of Civil Procedure. He argues that the circuit court erred as a matter of law in denying his motion and requests this court to reverse and remand. We agree with Valley's argument, and, accordingly, we reverse the...
