OPINION AND ORDER

Pending before the Court is Charles Sanford Steen-Seijo and Eric Sergio Steen-Seijo's ("Plaintiffs") "Motion Requesting Reopening of this case and Other Relief' pursuant to Rule 60(b)(3) of Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. (Docket No. 44). For the reasons set forth below, the Court DENIES Plaintiffs' Motion.
