Plaintiff Brandon Fox appeals from the judgment entered in favor of defendants Officer Ronald DeSoto and the Louisville Regional Airport Authority on claims arising from his arrest and subsequent prosecution for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. The district court dismissed plaintiff's state law claims for false arrest and imprisonment and for assault and battery as time-barred, and granted summary judgment...
