[¶ 1] After injuring her left rotator cuff at work, Maria Alvarez filed for and received worker's compensation benefits. Two months later, she fell and re-injured her rotator cuff. The Wyoming Workers' Safety and Compensation Division (the Division) denied her claim for benefits for the re-injury on the ground it was caused by the fall and was not work-related.
