¶ 1 Defendant Toni Lynn Biggs appeals her conviction of attempted possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor, see Utah Code Ann. §§ 58-37-8(2)(a)(i), (e) (2002);1 76-4-102(4) (2003), arguing that the district court erred in denying her motion to suppress evidence seized during a search of her vehicle.
