This is an action brought by plaintiff Bruce W. Mikol pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) of the Social Security Act (the "SSA"), to review the final determination of defendant Jo Anne B. Barnhart, Commissioner of Social Security (the "Commissioner") determining that plaintiff was not disabled from November 7, 2001 to October 21, 2004.
