This appeal is from the trial court's order dismissing an appeal pursuant to OCGA § 5-6-48(c) for delay in filing a transcript. Appellant Linda Moore Kelly filed a timely notice of appeal after an adverse judgment in a quia timet action she had instituted to establish her ownership of certain property.
