Plaintiffs appeal from an order granting defendant's motion for summary judgment. We affirm.

FACTS

W. Everette Murphrey IV ("defendant") was a partner at the law firm of Bynum & Murphrey, P.L.L.C. Defendant's partner at the firm was Zachary T. Bynum ("Bynum"). Plaintiff R.
