Karen Gamber appeals the directed verdict in favor of the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) on her claims of disability discrimination and constructive discharge. She presents three points on appeal, arguing that the directed verdict was error because "sufficient" material facts were disputed and because her supervisor was an agent of DHSS.
