LEE ANN DAUPHINOT, Justice.

A jury convicted Appellant Nolberto Gurrusqueita, Jr. of murder and assessed his punishment at forty years' confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. The trial court sentenced him accordingly. In two points, Appellant argues that the trial court erred by denying his motion to suppress and by admitting as punishment evidence testimony regarding his `juvenile criminal record....
