The appellant, Colgan Air, Inc. (hereinafter "Colgan"), appeals from an adverse ruling issued by the West Virginia Human Rights Commission (hereinafter "HRC") on December 22, 2006. Such order reversed the February 22, 2006, order of the administrative law judge (hereinafter "ALJ").
