Pending before the Court is Melvin Rivera Ortiz's ("Releasee") Motion to Modify his Conditions of Supervised Release. (Docket No. 1121). For the reasons set forth below, the Court DENIES the Motion.

FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND
