Opinion by Justice WRIGHT.

Barbara Ann Miller1 appeals from a summary judgment. In two issues, she contends generally that the trial court erred in denying her motion for continuance of the summary judgment hearing because she did not receive timely notice. We overrule Miller's issues and affirm the trial court's judgment.
