LANSING, Judge.

Sky J. Beebe appeals from his conviction by jury for attempted robbery. Beebe contends that his conviction should be reversed because of insufficient evidence showing that he intended to use force or fear to take the victim's property and because of prosecutorial misconduct during the trial. We conclude that there is sufficient evidence to sustain the jury's verdict, but we vacate the judgment and remand for a new trial due to prosecutorial misconduct...
