148 Cal.App.4th 1390

The PEOPLE, Plaintiff and Respondent, v. Jamar LINDSEY, Defendant and Appellant.

Court of Appeal of California, First District, Division Four.

As Modified on Denial of Rehearing April 18, 2007.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

First District Appellate Project, Matthew Zwerling, Tara Mulay, for Appellant.

Edmund G. Brown Jr., Mary Jo Graves, Sacramento, Gerald A. Engler, San Francisco, Nanette Winaker, Eric D. Share, for Respondent.

SEPULVEDA, J.

Jamar Lindsey appeals from a conviction following his no contest plea to being a felon in possession of a firearm. He contends that the trial court erred in denying his motion pursuant to Penal Code section 1538.5 1 to suppress evidence seized after a 911 call reported that a shot had been fired close to where Lindsey ultimately was detained and searched. We affirm the judgment.
