GOLDEN, Justice.

[¶ 1] Robert James Hauck seeks review of the district court's order dismissing his petition for post-conviction relief from a conviction for felony property destruction. Hauck claims the district court erred in summarily dismissing his petition. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand.
