Le, M.D., and Advanced Reproductive Care Center of Irving appeal the trial court's denial of their motion to dismiss Carolyn Cirillo's medical malpractice claims for appellee's failure to serve them with an expert report and curriculum vitae within 120 days of the filing of the original petition.
