On July 14, 2005, plaintiff Rosa Silva ("Silva") sought review, pursuant to section 205(g) of the Social Security Act (the "Act"), 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), of a final determination rendered by the Commissioner denying her disability insurance benefits.
