STEWART, Judge.

A jury convicted Warren Eide of first-degree vehicle theft, driving while his license was revoked, and resisting arrest. After determining that the evidence was insufficient to sustain the conviction for resisting arrest, Judge Brown entered a judgment of acquittal on the resisting arrest conviction.
