Defendant appeals from a conviction for driving while under the influence of intoxicants (DUII), ORS 813.010. He asserts two reasons why the trial court erred in admitting into evidence a laboratory report showing that his blood alcohol content exceeded the statutory benchmark on the night of his arrest. Defendant argues that the state established an insufficient evidentiary foundation for the report because the state did not adequately prove the chain...
