[¶ 1] Mr. Roeschlein was convicted of three counts of delivery of marijuana to minors in violation of Wyo. Stat. Ann. §§ 35-7-1031(a)(ii) and 35-7-1036 (LexisNexis 2007).1 He appeals, claiming the district court erred by allowing the admission of uncharged misconduct evidence under W.R.E. 404(b) without holding a hearing and failing to order a new presentence investigation...
